In the blink of an eye after acquiring this home, Meg's discerning eye saw beyond the surface, recognizing the potential for a remarkable project within its sturdy framework. Collaborating with the architect, she swiftly set out to reshape the residence, unveiling a more modern floor plan that would become the canvas for her design vision.
The journey continued with a meticulous selection of finishes, as Meg aimed to infuse the space with a contemporary allure. To achieve the desired contrast, she opted for a bold black and white palette. However, being mindful of the location, she skillfully balanced this modern aesthetic with family-friendly warmth. Bamboo cabinets added a touch of natural elegance, while playful patterned tiles injected a sense of fun and vibrancy into the design.
Recognizing the significance of outdoor living in the Arizona landscape, Meg extended her creative touch beyond the interior. A pergola in the backyard and a welcoming front patio became inviting spaces for both relaxation and connection with neighbors, seamlessly blending the indoors with the expansive outdoor environment.
